18.01.2022 An eye opening live feed from a fellow business. Its not the businesses causing the delays on purpose, its the couriers that are overwhelmed with influx of parcels. Couriers services are third party services and we have no control over their transit, delays and tracking updates. We have received emails calling us a scam and whatnot. We will not tolerate any abusive emails over the delays caused by the couriers, either picked up with no scans and/or waiting to be picked up. W...e are so sorry for the delay though. Its frustrating, but its not something we are causing it. We are working hard to get your orders out. We have re-shipped orders shipped early to mid June to those who were stuck with Australia Post with no updates. We have now partnered with a couriers services that are faster and more reliable than Australia Post and its current delays.
