13.01.2022 The main diamond of my clients ring FELL OUT because the bezel was so thin, literally nothing was holding it in. You don’t often see this with bezel set rings theyre thought to be very secure, but in this case it was a major chain Jeweller who had stuck a diamond that was essentially too big for the mounting in it and the bezel started life off far too thin. The rest of the ring was pretty banged up and from a design perspective, the feature section underneath was super pre...tty but wasted because a ring was worn either side, & she never saw the diamonds anyway. The wedding bands weren’t matched with diamonds of the correct size & so we pulled them all apart and started again with a brand new shiny centre diamond Here’s the result, much more refined and the biggest stones concentrated in the halo + a full circle diamond band to complement, allowing that beautiful feature section underneath to be seen.
