We have implemented the following measures to help keep staff, customers and the wider community as safe as possible. Showroom Rockdale Mattress Factory staff are aware that of the social distancing requirements and they will be implemented in our showroom. We respectfully ask that you bear in mind social distancing protocols and keep a safe distance from staff and other customers whilst in the showroom. We encourage use of face masks at counter if you have one. We have provided hand sanitiser for use by our customers and staff at the front staff counter Staff at Rockdale Mattress Factory have the option to wear and gloves while serving customers. Increased hygiene and sanitising throughout the warehouse and showroom. Disposable pillow covers to test out mattresses. As a precaution, we ask that you should not attend our showroom and warehouse if: You are showing any signs or symptoms of illness (including but not limited to fever, cough, sore throat or other flu-like symptoms). You have been in contact with anyone undergoing testing or confirmed as being diagnosed with COVID19. You have returned from travel less than 14 days ago. Deliveries Until further notice, all deliveries will only be taken to the front door of the customer’s home. The drivers will not be entering the customers premises. We do still require a signature to show delivery of goods please have your own pen ready to sign for the goods. Payments with Mastercard and Visa are preferred for CODs. Other alternative ways of payment can be made before delivery please enquire with staff. Customers always have the option to pick up from warehouse.
