22.01.2022 Junior NPL trials start tonight

22.01.2022 Future of RCFC is safe and strong as two more sign on for 2021. Head Coach Goran Stajic had this to say: Rockingham City FC continues to invest in its pride and that is, their homegrown players Luke Collins and Dylan Rogers for 2021. This club is synonymous with developing great players, you can go back in the past and as of late to know that Lark Hill has always had an imperative and tried youth system. Throughout their existence, "Rocky" have nurtured such a policy that ha...s largely relied on the youth drive, unfortunately too many have left, before the club could reap the rewards. I am determined to change that; over time, my aim is for the club’s reputation and recognition as one of the best senior football development pathways becomes the drawcard and player retention as the backbone of the club. Investing in your own players is investing in the football future, and such a move deserves praise and, most importantly, brings results. This was one of the catalysts of joining RCFC as Head Coach, the new direction and a continuation of positive practice from the past will ensure that Rockingham City continues motivating our young players, by promoting within and with the aim of retaining the local talent at Lark Hill. 21.01.2022 New RCFC Head Coach Goran Stajic announces the clubs very first signing for 2021: Every club has a player wish list, some possible, some impossible. You need to be realistic and work on what Rockingham City needs and what Rocky currently has, hence why I am pleased to announce that Feisal Zaw has signed for us. He will bring the important goals and assists to the club along with breaking through opposition defences with his "one on one" explosive flair, Feisal is a real player and competitor. Our supporters are in for a football treat said Stajic.

"I want to personally thank Club President Brian Kennedy for presenting me the privilege and trust of becoming the Head Coach of Rockingham City in 2021 and beyond. 03.01.2022 RCFC WANTS TO RETAIN ITS’ PLAYERS: Ryan Kennedy has been here for years and is staying on, he is an integral part of my playing system. said Stajic Stajic added further: This is good news for Rockingham City FC. Ryan has been with Rocky for a long time, he has a lot of games in the first team, and can play various roles which penetrate the opposition and he still has his best years ahead of him. I believe that the club and its supporters/sponsors will be satisfied with this decision, because they always have special feelings for one of their own, especially for the ones who grew up and was developed by the club."

01.01.2022 RCFC is pleased to announce Hamish van Dieken as its next signing, his presence will be massive for our defence. Head Coach Goran Stajic had the following to say about Hamish. Hamish is largely considered to be one of the best up and coming midfielders in the state, but because of his age he is undervalued. I believe he will have a positive impact on the team next season and will improve our build up play and undoubtedly the defence. I recall from my time working with Hamish at Perth Glory, how he would pop up with huge dissecting passes and massive tackles in decisive moments. His resilience and class on the ball alone will instil confidence in his teammates.
