03.01.2022 The sun is shining and can you see it glint off the Rocklands gold??!!! This 3lb perfect yella was caught by Samantha Spence fishing with her legend husband Ch...ris Spence. It was nailed on a Cutting edge, 55m Tomohawke lure, green and gold. Still in its gob. It was released with a smile after a couple of pics. Together we started a dream in 2017 to make Rocklands one of the best native fisheries in Australia - well we are so proud to say it is happening. Massive shout out to Rob Loats @vrfish and David Kramer @talkingfishingtv for their incredible support. To all the Balmoral club members who fought so hard for this. To everybody who buys a Rec Fishing Licence and the T1M team, who have funded this incredible stocking story. You made this happen. If you build it, they will come. Balmoral will boom in the coming years as people come from across Victoria and Australia to fish what will be an incredible fishery. In the last 4 years we have stocked over 600,000 yellas and 1.4 million cod into Rocklands. The yellas are now up to 1.5kg and 3lb. Incredible growth rates.
