Recipe INGREDIENTS: 2 Tablespoons Extra-Virgin Olive Oil 1 Tablespoon of your favourite seasoning 500g of Rockliff Prawns peeled & deveined... Juice and Zest From 1 Lemon For Spicy Lovers, Add 1/4 Tsp Crushed Red Peppers . DIRECTIONS: In a large bowl, combine Mooloolaba King Prawns, one tablespoon olive oil, one tablespoon seasoning, and half of the lemon zest. Preheat grill or striped pan over medium-high heat. Place prawns and cook, turning once, until cooked through, about one minute per side. Transfer prawns to a serving platter and drizzle with remaining olive oil and lemon juice. Sprinkle with remaining one-half teaspoon of seasoning (if desired). Serve immediately.
