15.01.2022 The ladies in the X-Duo showed the men just how It's done! Congratulations on the win Miia Rahja! James...shhh on the extra 4kms or so you did. Great turnout and some awe inspiring efforts particularly from the kids!

12.01.2022 It's a wrap! Thanks to all the competitors, supporters, sponsors and volunteers whom made the X Duo a huge success whilst raising awareness for Mens Health issues. Weather was spectacular, trails were wonderful and the food and coffee hot and good for the soul! See you all next time around.

08.01.2022 Make sure to cast your vote for the "Fund My Neighbourhood" grants. MMI are supporting upgrades to Kinchina Conservation Park where we hold many of our events. As past and present competitors, if you want to enjoy even more of those fantastic trails, then get on and vote today! Your vote counts and we need as many as possible to make this happen. You need to vote for at least 3 projects in the area and we recommend the Rotary Group of Mobilong supported projects for the Adelaide Road Linear park/trail.
