That's why Rock Juice continues to evolve with each release, whether it be a change in hops, yeast or the malt bill, each version differs from the last iteration. What doesn't change is the goal, and that is a beer designed to showcase hops in excess. A goal met this time with a whopping 32 grams of hops per litre of beer. The November 2020 vintage continues with its strong heritage, this time coming in at, by our standard, a slightly lower ABV of 10%. Strata, El Dorado and Samba hops dominate, a move away from the use of all Australian hops as with previous versions.
