As soon as you swim with those beauties, that's it, they just get you and you are hooked. The whales can get so close that you can almost touch them. Their big eyes scan you with such interest that you get goose bumps and hold your breath. The last season I went out we had 13 whales continuously coming for hours. Definitely my best experience on Great Barrier Reef."
