10.05.2022 I might be showing my age here - however I’m fascinated by what people do in the midst of a ‘mid-life crisis’. Bali Therapy isn’t anything new for me (therefore I wouldn’t consider heading off on a Bali trip anything to do with a mid-life crisis). I see lots of girls go & get fillers, Botox, start living at the gym, flirt like crazy or shag anyone in the desperate need to feel desired, or even just go & party like they’re still in their 20’s! Unsure what men do to be honest..... This isn’t my concern. Am I a considered boring that I’m merely considering a little tattoo to symbolise my ‘mid-life transition’??? 20.04.2022 Bali has always been my happy place. My first trip was in ‘87! I don’t actually know how many times I’ve been here. A precious memory was my trip when i was merely 10 weeks pregnant with my first son... My last trip here was when I was proposed to. Ironically this next trip, I’m here to heal from that separation. Nothing like going away with one of your best friends for self care. A lot of people might be uncomfortable with this authenticity, however Im proud of my strengt...h to remove myself from that relationship with the hope of forging a healthy co-parenting relationship instead. Even though it was my decision, the heart is still repairing.... there is still grief. I don’t make any apologies for being my ‘true self’ on a public platform. I am human. I feel. This is me.
