14.01.2022 Man arrested and charged for Break, Enter, Steal Oyster Bay On 17/08/2020 a residence in Oyster Bay was broken into and jewellery stolen valued at approximate...ly $10,000. Today (27/08/2020), Sutherland Shire Police arrested a 40 year old man and executed a search warrant at his residence in Miranda. Some jewellery was recovered which police claim is from the break-in at Oyster Bay. Marine flares were also located. The man has now been charged with Break, Enter & Steal, and Handle explosive without a permit. He has been bail refused to appear at Sutherland Local Court on Friday, 28/08/2020
