17.01.2022 We were fortunate to have training today provided by Lifeline in relation to crisis communication skills. In our industry we are often faced with difficult situations and distressed people. Recognising signs, understanding and effective communication is so important. This course provided some fantastic resources and strategies but also reminded us of the importance of self care in our own lives.
