05.01.2022 Well that’s a bike riding wrap. All up over 4 days I rode about 300km to the coast, around and back. A friend mentioned to me that what I’ve been doing, ridin...g and bringing my mind to the present, has been like movement meditation. I didn’t know there was such a thing. It’s been a great experience and liberating to know that I can be self sufficient with everything I need on the back of my pushy. Yesterday I rode 119km from Barwon Heads to Melton South. Not too shabby. Who would have thought that the beach is just a bike ride away I started the day with yoga on the beach. Thanks to our instructor Rache Hely - Barwon Heads Yoga for a great class and saying Intension shapes your reality. After that I took off. I stumbled upon a freeway underpass, a burnt out car and a pair of highly evolved horses camouflaged to their environment. I had a break when I arrived to Bacchus Marsh and caught up with some mates. Then back on the pushy along the freeway for the final leg. Thanks for your interest and have a safe and happy festive season. Is that hipster enough for you Dave Morassi?

04.01.2022 It's fantastic to see how people are being supported by organisations and the community during the bushfire crisis, so many acts of generosity and kindness. I recently captured how the Australian Red Cross is helping. Volunteers supporting and connecting people to services to help them get back on their feet.
