06.01.2022 It's 35 degrees at Goulburn Local Court and Boyd Criminal Lawyers and Steve Boland are on fire again! During the second morning of our 5 day hearing and 2 hours into a belting cross examination of the first of 11 prosecution witnesses, it became abundently clear that the crown case had more holes in it than swiss cheese. After the luncheon adjournment the learned prosecutor sought leave to withdraw all 10 charges. Magistrate Rabbidge agreed with Mr Boland's compelling submissions that the investigation had been completely inadequate and ordered that the police pay our client's costs. The wheels of justice don't always turn so slowly. I love my job.
