Complete assembly ready to bolt into to your chassis, engineered to the highest standards using only the highest quality parts and design.... The design of the castor and camber adjustment mechanism is registered by Rod - Tech. Featuring a front mounted rack and pinion unit modified to suit the application, has been fully reconditioned and comes complete with new tie rod ends and upper and lower ball joints. The front end assemblies are available in either standard or deluxe. STANDARD HOLDEN FJ-FX IFS PACKAGE The standard suspension assembly includes:: Stainless steel control arms unpolished Stainless steel steering arms unpolished Rod-Tech coil over shocks Rack & Pinion steering - manual Tie rod ends Upper and lower ball joints. XF Falcon discs VR-VS Commodore calipers High quality 2 piece stainless steel stub axles unpolished Cross member Coil over adjustment tool OPTIONAL EXTRA - power rack & pinion. The stainless steel unpolished 2 piece stub axle on the right is supplied on the standard assembly while the polished two piece stub axle on the left is supplied on the deluxe assembly. These stub axles have been designed especially for this suspension system and are not modified standard units. Their design ensures that they work correctly with the other suspension components to provide superior ride and handling. At the heart of the unique design of this independent front suspension system is the camber - castor adjustment mechanism. This feature alone makes this suspension system stand out from other designs available to the street rod builder. This design allows for the precise adjustment of both camber and castor angles while maintaining the correct relationship between components so that there is no binding or misalignment of components which would cause premature ware. The unique castor camber adjustment design which is exclusive to the ROD - TECH independent front suspension system. This is a design registered by ROD - TECH. This design allows for the adjustment of both castor and camber angles to suit your vehicle. Adjustment tools are supplied with the suspension assembly. The guys at Eliminator Rod and Custom Pty Ltd along with the owner @nathan marshall have grafted the front on.. recest the firewall (optional) and converted to RHD... as you can see the body didnt have to be removed.. 17.01.2022 Ok.... im going to put this out there.. we at this stage only offer satin and polished stainless steel A-arms... so to keep in with most of the other IFS out there we are looking at adding mild steel arms If you as the customer was to save 150$ to 200$ on your IFS to go mild steel arms would you bother... 11.01.2022 One of the fabricators has been a busy boy with his 55 chevy over the last few weekends gone by notching in some new fabricated rails by 65mm each side and doing some center strengthening of the frame.. he is hoping to have it rolling by next week end.. so stay tuned for the finished result...
