05.01.2022 Friday was a fantastic day for our Athletics Carnival. All teams ran hard and played hard to earn points for their factions while having fun at the same time. Greenshank took out the Bainbridge Family Sportsmanship Award for the way they consistently cheered their peers on throughout the day and showed great sportsmanship in all activities. The end of the day saw a battle between Ibis and Whimbrel for first place with the relays being the deciding factor. Well done to Ibis fo...r taking out the shield as well as all teams for a fantastic day. A big thanks to the teachers who came early and stayed late to set up and pack up. An even bigger thanks to Mr Kent for organising such a fantastic day. See more

Our P&C President and School Board member Kate, and her husband Matthew, were featured in the QANTAS magazine recently for the fantastic work they do for the Royal Flying Doctor Service. Living in the country many of us have, or know someone who has, needed this vital service. On R U Okay? Day it seems fitting we acknowledge two lovely parents who look after Broome folk when were not okay. Photo credit: Abby Murray Photography
