08.01.2022 Hope everyone's enjoying Good Friday!! Sally came in this morning!! 930am start!! Extended our run!! Concentrated on her boxing technique and upped the intensit...y with very little rest!! She has never done this type of training but is improving every session!! Great job Sally!! Krystle followed up!! Also extended our run!! And smashed out so many punches I could barely keep count!! She has been doing extra work at home and could definitely notice here at training!! Much better footwork and keeping hands up ready to defend! Keep up the awesome work Krystle.
