14.01.2022 On Friday night we attended the @foodsouthaus SA Food & Beverage Awards 2020 at the @adelaidecc. The two awards we were finalists for were deservedly won by @fleurieu_milk_company (Primary Producer Award >15 FTE) and @sundrop_farms (Business Excellence Award >15 FTE). Congratulations to all the winners! Although we didn’t win, it was a fantastic night celebrating our states amazing food and beverage businesses!

14.01.2022 It has been a long time coming, but our new grading machine is fully operating! A big thank you to Guido, Loris and the @rivaselegg team! At capacity, the machine has the ability to grade 20,000 eggs per hour with four automatic packing lanes. ... The grading machine is an integral part of the process. Twice a day, eggs are collected and brought into the grading room. They are then loaded onto the grading machine where they are checked for cracks and dirt (in the candling box), weighed, stamped and finally packaged into a carton. Lastly, they are distributed to one of our many great customers for you to enjoy
