25.01.2022 The beautiful boy Fidget who had a heart as big as his Mums. My mum and I and the rest of the family got to share his last Christmas which was truly special as I had just lost my special girl Paddy. He holds a special place in my heart

21.01.2022 This is all great advice for everyone. There are many people out there who have never experienced a psychological crisis before and will be seeking help from councillors and psychologist for the first time and those who suffer from anxiety and depression normally are facing some extra challenges but as a sufferer myself I'm also trying to find other positives also...like the fact the whole world is gaining some experience into what people with mental health issues face on the... daily in our regular lives and hopefully alot of compassion and more resources are put towards this sector in the future and also more resources and praise and gratitude for all our essential workers! It will be over at some point but currently we just have to do one day at a time. My heart goes out to everyone who's affected and those all around the world who are grieving the loss of loved ones xox See more
