23.01.2022 Today our pennant team took on Hepburn at Ballan. The boys walked away with a hard fought win but unfortunately we have fallen 2 games short to make the final next weekend. Finishing the season with 3 wins and 1 lose is a great result and for it to come to individual games to make the finals shows how tough it was to get there. A. Hadler won 1 up S. McArthur lost 4/3... 09.01.2022 Today was the opening round for the 2019 season. 6 players took to the course. As dry as Royal Rokewood is at the moment the course played well. NTP: 3/12: Ashley Hadler Magpie: Tim Snibson Birdie: Trevor Snibson Ferret: Charlie Neville Well done to new member Kristy Hadler on her first comp round today shooting a great score of 38 pts which included 4 wipes. Obviously all that coaching from Ben Roberts is paying off. Hopefully we start to see a few new members this year as everyone is more than welcome. Memberships: Men: $125 Women: $50 Juniors (under 16yrs): $25 There is an extra $25 nomination fee for all new members.

08.01.2022 Well it was great to see the course open again after 2 months locked down. The course is looking awesome and we can’t thank our small volunteer staff for there work on the course. 9 players took to the paddock this arvo and it showed that 2 months is a long time away from golf with everyone shooting close to the same scores. 01.01.2022 Well unfortunately it wasn’t the result we were after today and the scores read worse than they actually were. We took on Bacchus Marsh west at Buninyong today ...and walked away with our first defeat in 2 years. Giving a total of 31 shots and recording a 5.5/1.5 result. (Shots players had to give) A. Hadler won 4/2 (4) L. Alexoplous lost 1 down (3) S. Millar lost 3/1 (2) S. McArthur squared (7) K. Mason lost 3/2 (6) T. Snibson lost 4/3 (4) R. Hadler lost 1 down (5) Well done to Bacchus Marsh west by all reports everyone of them played really really well. 2 weeks time we take on Hepburn at Ballan and we need the cards to fall in our favour if we are to have a shot to defend our title and play for our 3rd in a row.
