12.01.2022 Lets talk about Not showing up for appointments and cancellations, sadly this is happening more than it should - I hope that those of you who read this will think about it not just with your hair appointments but with beauty, medical, any small business appointments. We know last minute things come up and we understand if you are sick or family members are sick we all get sick and sometimes we need to reschedule as well are only human we are not talking about that . What... we are talking about is Not Showing up or responding to confirmation txts. Or Cancelling hours befor THIS IS NOT OK! A business has set aside that appointment time for you. That means they have turned away someone else to fit you in, Rostered Staff to accomodate, Atm businesses are generally working at a different capacity and filtering appointments allowing more time than needed to accomodate for extra WHS with rona around this means we are generally booked tightly and people are missing out. If you dont show up we cant get someone else in and they miss out we also loose hundreds of dollars which keeps our business alive, educate our teams to continue to offer premium services with the best products and beautiful spaces. What you are doing to a business when you dont show up or cancel last minute is saying that you dont care about that business or that stylist or your time is more valuable then theirs this is a insult to someone who may have moved a lot of things around to accomodate for you. Small businesses need your support more than ever if you dont intend on going to a appointment or something comes up please have the decency to call, txt or email that you cant make it as soon as you know.
