11.04.2022 Zachary Leo - FEELS SINGLE RELEASE ‘A bold blend of funk, rock and soul’, Zachary Leo is a Melbourne based solo artist. Influenced by the sound of Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Jamiroquai and earlier tracks from Maroon 5, 2019 saw Zachary release two singles - Lay You Down and She.... Following with his latest release Feels, Zachary describes the new track as ‘a vulnerable tale of intimacy’. Expect emotion and excitement wrapped in a dance-worthy groove. 24.03.2022 SQUID FISHING Originating in Tasmania and now based in Melbourne, Squid Fishing are a four-piece emo-punk band. Playing huge festivals such as Party In The Paddock, Falls Festival, Till The Wheels Fall Off and Woolly Mammoth, Squid Fishing are influenced by bands such as Modern Baseball, The Frontbottoms and Basement.... 03.03.2022 The Rollercanes - Private Beach Single Release The Rollercanes are a four-piece indie rock back based in Melbourne and are set to release their latest single ‘Private Beach’ in just one week. Private Beach is a new direction for The Rollercanes, featuring a heavier sound with plenty of energy. Discussing the feeling of being ‘disenfranchised as a young person’, Private beach is about resilience against oppression and doing your best to succeed despite the odds being stacked... against you. Releasing singles ‘Life’s Good’ in January and ‘Cops On Bikes’ more recently in August, 2020 has been an incredibly productive time for The Rollercanes. 05.02.2022 Porcelain Eyes Based between Adelaide and Melbourne, Porcelain Eyes is the solo project of guitarist and songwriter - Tom Wormald. Blending nostalgic psychedelic rock with modern production, Tom is influenced by artists such as the Beatles, Fleetwood Mac and Tame Impala. His recent debut single Shambhala was released on the 28th of August via Melbourne indie label Dead Family Pets. Upbeat and undeniably psychedelic, Shambhala can be described as an unassuming love song with... lyrics covering topics of love and heartbreak. 07.01.2022 Lottie Liams - Uncomfortable Single Release Hailing from the north-east suburbs of Melbourne is indie-pop artist, Lottie Liams. Supporting bands such as Middle Kids and Ukulele Death Squad, Lottie released her debut EP Greenhouse Blues in 2018 and has since released two singles with a third on the way. Lotties latest track Uncomfortable is an upbeat pop track that covers themes of frustration, manipulation and hypocrisy. This empowering song was produced by Slowly Slowl...y’s Ben Stewart and follows in the footsteps of her previous release Blame It All On Me - forming the second part of of her soon-to-be three-track EP Guide to Growing Thorns. Uncomfortable encourages resilience and strength against those that are trying to tear you down and will have you dancing and singing along within minutes.
