15.01.2022 this makes us feel happy Online Review Bradley K. Verified Buyer ... Roller Shutter rolling again Our roller shutter died going down. Got the original installers back to service, where they said it would be an expensive exercise and would be easier to replace the whole unit. So I pulled it apart, some difficulty getting the motor out, but got it. Ordered a new motor, arrived 2 days later. Installed the new one in place. All back and running. Excellent that the general public can source parts and repair ourselves for a cost effective solution. Now planning on retrofitting out manual shutters ourselves (one day) Thanks.
