15.01.2022 Last year’s Green Group loved playing Musical Chairs! Playing games as a group helps children develop spatial awareness, listening skills and social skills such as taking turns and resolving disagreements. They also learn to cope with disappointment when they don’t win the game. All while having lots of fun and getting active!
15.01.2022 We had so much fun in our wet weather gear. Lots of jumping in puddles and exploring.
14.01.2022 It's been great to have so many of our children returning to kinder. The painting easel has been really popular. Kinder is a great place to creative and messy play.

08.01.2022 Hi Everyone, My name is Kristy, I am President of the Committee this year and I wanted to let you all know what am important part of the kinder and an important part of your child's time at kinder, being on the Committee is. I have had 3 boys attend 3 year old, 4 year old and Sprouts over the years and been on Committee for 5 years. My roles included President, Secretary and Group Contact and I've enjoyed each one. Being a part of the Committee has helped me get to know the f...amilies and teachers well and has allowed me to play a pivotal role in my children's kinder years. There is so much support from our 4 wonderful teachers, who really appreciate the Committee for putting up their hand and giving it a go. Our educational leader Sian has a wealth of knowledge regarding early learning and what goes on behind the scenes, she has helped me with any questions I have had regarding my role as President. I encourage any parent thinking about joining the Committee, for any role, as there is so much support during the year as you make your child's year the best it can be and lots of fun to be had! My boys go to Rolling Hills Primary school so I will be close and on hand for any queries the future President or Vice President may have See you at the AGM!
07.01.2022 Rolling Hills Preschool aims to be an inclusive kinder. We incorporate visual communication in our program. We have a daily visual schedule, can use Key Sign and teach basic sign language through songs. Below is a video of Sian and Miss Julie signing Old Mcdonald.

05.01.2022 This is when we had a visit from the CFA. They taught us all about fire safety. We then got to look at the fire truck and sit in it and use the fire hose. It was a great way to engage with our community.
03.01.2022 Love the teachers and facilities here!!!
03.01.2022 The children experimented with bicarb soda and coloured vinegar. This experiment allowed the children to observe the chemical reaction between the bicarb and vinegar as well as predicting the colours they would create through mixing primary colours.
02.01.2022 Looking for a fantastic kindergarten for next year? Get in now to avoid disappointment. Blue and Green are our 4 year old groups, Red is our 3 year old group and Sprouts is our toddler group.
01.01.2022 Meet Super Eco. Super Eco and Super Green are our take home toys in Blue Group. Each child gets a chance to take one of the toys home for the weekend. The children take photos to share with the class. They also take a photo of something sustainable that they do at their house (i.e. recycling, using a water tank, walking instead of driving). The children then share their adventures when they return to kinder.
