We are a little sad at Roll Over Rover (and it it is a tad more quiet without him barking), as Arthur travelled over the rainbow bridge on Saturday to be with Betsy and all his other mates from over the years. Lots of customers will know him as he has been coming to the shop with me every day for nearly 16 years. A great little dog who loved everyone and everything.

20.01.2022 To our valued customers, Whilst it is possible for us to continue working (a government enforced lockdown is inevitable but not yet enforced for our business), both Emma and I find ourselves in vulnerable situations which must be taken seriously. Therefore, from Monday next week we will cease work for an extended period of time. All of those customers who have appointments which are affected, will be contacted by phone closer to the date of the appointment to confirm the ca...ncellation. At this stage we simply do not know when we will be recommencing work. I would like to reassure you all that we are confident of being able to reopen but, at this moment, our and your health is of our utmost concern. 06.01.2022 After the governments announcement today of a stage 3 lockdown for regional Victoria from Wednesday, we are just wanting to let all of our customers know that it is business as usual for us at the moment. However, in order for us to maintain a safe environment for everyone, we ask that the following procedures be adhered to for your appointments: * Please only ONE person in attendance at drop off/ pick up. If children are old enough to wait at the door or in the car, that wo...uld be greatly appreciated. Otherwise we can come to the car to collect your dog...just call upon arrival. * One customer in the shop at a time. Please wait outside if there is already someone being served before you. * If you feel uncomfortable coming into the shop, please feel free to call us and we will come out to the car and collect your dog. * Payments can also be made over the phone. * Please use the hand sanitiser at the door before entering. * We request the use of face masks * If you are feeling unwell, we are happy for you to cancel at late notice. (Normally we prefer 24 hrs notice). We are accepting cash if that is your preferred method of payment. Also note that our current days of operation for the winter period is Tuesday to Friday, 9am till the last appointment.
