23.01.2022 Wednesdays | The Rolls on Como dish of the day is Yaki Udon. This crowd pleasing noodle dish is made from Udon. This Japanese noodle has a smooth consistency and an almost al dente type bite. Once stir-fried in with a well balanced sauce and crispy fresh seasonal veges, lunch is served.

18.01.2022 So... what were our lovely customers up to between 5:00pm and 6:30pm tonight? Well, the Rolls on Como Management Group were in on a ZOOM meeting (yes, how 2020) discussing and planning how to exit COVID-19 to Christmas/New Years trading hours and everything in between. We will make the appropriate announcements when it is all finalised however at this stage, it is looking like we will continue straight through the Christmas/New Year break with minimal rest (only on the majo...r Calendar Holidays). So the holidays may look something like: SURF - SUSHI (for lunch) - SURF - KARAGE DON (for dinner) :O) We don't take the support provided to us by our amazing customers lightly - our restaurant truely works together as a T.E.A.M to try to bring you home-style, Japanese cooking and Sushi for your family to enjoy. 16.01.2022 THIS FRIDAY | We're doing something special to celebrate the last TWO weeks of this... unusually interrupted school term. This Friday and the next, we will be extending our hours by opening from 8am to 11:30am exclusively for SUSHI; this means that you can swing by and grab your favourite hand-rolls on the way to school or work. Like and share with all of your local friends and family and we may just consider adding this permanently.

11.01.2022 Dear Patrons of Rolls on Como As most of you will be aware, Daniel Andrews has moved Victoria into Stage 4 Lock Down resulting in many businesses having to shut their doors over the next 6 week period and beyond. At this stage, we are delighted to inform you that we will be operating as per usual hours 11:30am - 3:00pm and then from 4:00pm - 8:00pm, 7 days a week. Our business would not have survived this pandemic without the amazing support of our local patrons - for this w...e are extremely grateful. There will be a number of adjustments made to the font of house to comply with the contactless operational requirements however we will do our very best to ensure that this does not inconvenience our customers. 11.01.2022 Dear Rolls on Como Patrons Thank you for your patience whilst the business put together its COVID Safe PLAN which was required in order for us to continue trading. The Plan has been made available publicly. ... We are happy to inform that the plan itself will have very little operational effect on our customers other than the following two points: Contactless Payments Only We will only be taking contactless payments over the next 6 weeks of trade (card, watch, phone etc). There will be no cash kept on the premises. Entering your PIN will be permitted but we would prefer 'tap-and-go' if possible. Condiments For our regular customers, you will note that the soy sauce has been removed from the 'public access area' and will be served to you by our front of house staff. Our COVID Safe PLAN has been audited by an external consultancy firm and we will continually make changes to ensure that we are compliant with any future government announcements that may be coming our way.
