21.01.2022 G'day ppl, just a reminder that I have been getting some fantastic results with glute, lower back and shoulder discomfort to name a few in recent times. I had a lady tell me today that no one else can get the results that I do. This feed back is great to hear and means I'm on the right track with healing people. 13.01.2022 G'day Ppl, once again it has been a while since I posted anything and no real excuses other than treating lots of people and the general happenings that go on around us from day to day. I'm finding through the clinic that the busier we get, the less concentration we put into our posture. This is causing lower back pain and more so shoulder/neck pain or discomfort on many people. It would be ideal for all of us to remember our posture vowels and straighten up and pin the shou...lders back every now and again. Hop up out of our chair and go for a short walk. But this is in the ideal world and let's face it, we just don't do it. I'm getting some great results with Massage and Dry Needling techniques which is allowing people to relieve the current problems and make a fresh start. Being able to make body movements pain free, allows us to be confident in stretching more often and stop the constant ache. 02.01.2022 Sorry to all for not posting on here for such a long time. It's been a very busy year so far travelling and treating people Indonesia. It has been a big buz for me treating people that would not normally have the ability to receive this level of therapy. The smile on local faces after massage and dry needling is worth anything. The same time last year I mentioned about doing too much too early. Once again this is worth some thought as we are out and about attempting to get o...ur summer body happening. More and more I see people trying to achieve fitness and weight loss too quickly setting them selves up to fail. Just remember steady steady wins the race. Don't be scared to gain advice from a personal trainer. It's well worth it especially when you are starting out and also moving forward to achieve long term goals. I am working in closely with the team at Anytime Fitness in Secret Harbour and these guys are fantastic. Very knowledgable and encouraging for all ranges of fitness levels.
