23.01.2022 The garden may be closed due to the coronavirus but Tom is keeping himself busy. He’s just finished this new section. Hopefully we’ll be able to open by next spring and you can come and see for yourself. Stay well people. Take care.

23.01.2022 Our first open Friday yesterday was a great success. We reached the capacity allowed for visitors last week. Thank you to all those who came from near and far. Tom very much enjoyed meeting you and hope you enjoyed his garden. The good news is that as from this coming week we’re allowed up to 100 persons so please come and drop in and bring your friends. Full details below. ... We're delighted to announce that Romancing the Stone Garden is now open again every Friday morning for Morning Teas from 9.30 AM until 12 noon, as part of Darling Range Seniors Hub. Enjoy a chat with old and new friends. Enjoy a leisurely stroll through the lovely gardens, exploring the many newly completed projects, and finish off with a yummy morning tea provided by friendly volunteers. It is open to everyone to come in and see the garden and enjoy morning tea. Gold coin donation please.

21.01.2022 So despite the weather Tom keeps going. He's busy creating a village fit for Hobbits to live in. Their homes are starting to take shape. Come and see how far he's progressed on a Friday morning at one of the open garden teas - or hold your breath and wait for The open garden later in the year - dates to be determined as Covid 19 restrictions are lifted. :-)

15.01.2022 Well Tom has been creating again. Made this great ‘hand’ last week. A representation of the hand that built the garden . And we’ll be open again soon so you can come and see it. 12.01.2022 Tom opened his solo exhibition on Friday night; 80 paintings in 80 days for $80 each. Half the paintings have sold, but all remain for viewing. The exhibition is open every day at Romancing the Stone Gardens from 9am to 5:30pm until November 22nd. Pop down and see what Tom has been up to in (and out of) the garden. Come along to one of the Friday morning teas - or come along to the Garden Weekend in aid of the Amanda Young Foundation on the weekend of 3rd and 4th October 2020.
