22.01.2022 Jo and Mark say I do, in front of family and friends, at the magnificent Queens Park in Moonee Ponds, on December 9th. Weather was perfect. After Jo was given away by her Father, she turned to him, and read him a personal tribute. Very moving. Congratulations, and wish you both a happy healthy future. Under instructions from the Attorney Generals Department, the definition of marriage was altered from December 9th. "Marriage will now be defined in the Marriage Act 1961 as the union of two people to the exclusion of all others, voluntarily entered into for life.

I look forward to seeing the photos of the ceremony. The historic building with it's architecture and views of the City are nothing short of spectacular. The staff so helpful.

The venue is fantastic and gives couple a choice of 3 areas where they can have their ceremony....And in case of inclement weather, a chapel as well. Wishing the loving couple many happy healthy years together.

19.01.2022 It's so pleasing to know that a celebrant meets a couple, and if they decide that he or she will be their celebrant, then a relationship is formed over a period of time. You get to spend time with the couple, and try and find out exactly what they envisage their personalized ceremony will look like. And then one works very hard to create that unique special time for them . And to see smiles and happiness for the couple and their families and friends on their wedding day, and to have been part of that, is very rewarding.

18.01.2022 How happy is Ellie as Samuel places the ring on her finger? The ceremony took place at Milanos in Brighton, and was attended by about 90 people. Wishing them both a happy future together.

18.01.2022 The beautiful Wedding of Adam and Courtney last week, at Overnewton Castle in Keilor. one of my favourite venues. Wish the newlyweds, together with their kids Ella and Noah a fantastic future. Overnewton has a few different gardens where ceremonies can take place, and a chapel in adverse weather. The staff are absolutely fantastic, and extremely accommodating.

18.01.2022 I Married Adam and Komang at Queens Park Moonee Ponds last Monday, in very cold and windy conditions. It was a beautiful intimate ceremony. After the celebrations in Melbourne, the Bride, Groom, and his family flew to Bali to carry on the wedding celebrations with the Bride's family. Wish them a happy, healthy future together. 17.01.2022 PHOTOS AT WEDDING CEREMONIES... Quite a few couples are now requesting that guests should not use their phones during their Wedding Ceremony. They would like everyone to relax and enjoy, rather than concentrating on taking photos. I often make that request on their behalf prior to commencing the Ceremony. Another way of doing this is to put a sign up that the guests will see on arrival.

15.01.2022 How do you keep a secret from 150 people, and turn what they think is a 60th Birthday party, into a Wedding Ceremony? Even the Celebrant, (me), dressed in casual attire so as not to arouse suspicion. The Wedding of Robyn and Dave, which had been planned for months, shocked everyone, as this beautiful couple took their vows in December. 15.01.2022 WEDDING TIPS CHOOSE YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER CAREFULLY. Choose someone you have confidence in and you can rest easy knowing they will make sure everything looks amazing, even if it isnt all perfect in real life. A great photographer will know what to take pictures of and what to leave out, and you will trust them enough not to feel like you have to direct them all day or pose for the camera constantly. You should also consider their style and personality. Ideally you want them to always be where they need to be but never in the way or taking too much of your attention. 14.01.2022 Joel and Mariya were married last weekend at Kirrawingi Park, Mooroduc, in the heart of the Mornington Peninsula. It was an absolutely perfect.day,and the wedding was attended by approx. 100 guests. With a lovely garden environment, a couple of lakes, and different areas to choose from for a ceremony, it is a truly fantastic venue. Mariya had 4 bridesmaids and 2 flower girls. And Joel had 3 groomsmen, and a best man. It was as usual a great honour to officiate. I wish the happy couple a great future together.
