22.01.2022 GUESS WHATS IN SEASON!! Kiwi Berries!!! KiwiBerry are small, in the 5 - 20 gram range, with smooth hairless edible skins, and shapes varying from round to elongated. One of the attractions of KiwiBerry is that they are like grapes yet are a single mouthful of kiwi fruit tasting goodness! They last about 7 to 14 days and best if consumed within one week. Kiwi berries are rich in antioxidants, vitamin C and naturally low in fat, cholesterol and sodium. They are also high in fiber and a great source of potassium, vitamin E and magnesium. Very similar in nutritional breakdown as a regular kiwi but much easier to eat!
