03.01.2022 I love lemon. Not only can you use lemons for a drink or squeeze it on a meal! Or just eat it raw . We can also use Lemon to delay age spots on hands. . Rub a piece of lemon all over your hand and then rinse. Do so fortnightly and it will delay or even prevent age spots on our hands

01.01.2022 I love crunchy peanut butter, but I don’t love crunchy muscles. When small areas of muscle can feel hard and crunchy. It’s not good. This happens when the muscle fibres contract (shortened) and stay shortened. When muscle fibres contract they become shorter and the oxygen and nutrients from the blood are reduced to the area. Muscles become exhausted, irritated, possibly inflamed and crunchy. Massage helps to smooth the crunchiness and bring back those healthy muscle fibres.
