25.01.2022 Largs is looking fantastic with the master bedroom ceiling restored to it original state and the flash new walk in robe. Not to mention the sleek hallway storage.

24.01.2022 Last week also saw the guys cut out and construct the lift pit at Ethelton, soon stairs will be a thing of the past for this two storey.

22.01.2022 Day one of demolition at Largs and the boys have made good progress.

22.01.2022 The boys have been busy at prospect over the last week with completion of the lower wall frames. Floor trusses have been installed and hebal floor is well underway.

22.01.2022 Tiling is underway at Beaumont in the bathroom, and en-suite upgrade.

22.01.2022 Today the boys started the roof construction at Largs, this place is really starting to take shape. Windows due to arrive this week, with brick work to follow shortly after.

21.01.2022 Roof is looking great at Fullarton and windows are in, alfresco frameing on the schedule for next week. Plumbers, electrical and bricks in the near future.

21.01.2022 Demo at underdale was completed today and we are ready for the first fix sewer, followed by swimming pool and slab.

21.01.2022 The boys have really embraced the nice weather of late with so much going on around the jobs, and today frameing the lower frames at prospect ready for floor trusses.

19.01.2022 Underdale has made more progress last week with the plasterboard hung and ready for flushing.

19.01.2022 Birkenhead has been beautifully furnished and dressed by our wonderful customers. What a warm and inviting space they have created. All thats left to do here for them, is enjoy the home they have bought to life.

19.01.2022 Brick work is underway at Fullarton this week

19.01.2022 This week has seen us start the demolition process at underdale. Two days in and were not far off being ready for the larger machines to make their way in.

18.01.2022 This week has seen the start of the frameing process at underdale, its been touch and go with the weather but weve got a good start .

17.01.2022 Big thank you goes out to the boys from APC plumbing and gas and the crew from JMH electrical. With all trades including us working in a tight environment today( en-suite and seperate toilet) we all meshed together like a perfect unit and finished the prep work for the gyprock to go on tomorrow at Largs bay. Theres nothing better in the building game than knowing you have the best in the business backing you up.

16.01.2022 The frameing at underdale is steaming ahead. Roof trusses have been erected, and windows going in tomorrow with hebal cladding just around the corner.

16.01.2022 The boys finished of the demolition on Friday, ready for the machines to roll in tomorrow and clean up the brick and concrete.

16.01.2022 Plenty going on at Fullarton with the guys from Appealling Ceilings making progress with the plasterboard linings. Looking good fellas.

15.01.2022 Today saw the boys demo the old en-suite and robe at Largs bay, turning this space into one huge master bedroom.

15.01.2022 The boys were busy today with the commencement of wall frames at Largs. The weather was on our side with a small shower at knock off to cool us down. Welcome aboard the team to our newest edition Jack Banwell. Jack has finished his apprenticeship and joined the team on what we hope to be, a long and fulfilling career at ROMERS.

15.01.2022 This brilliant monument colour bond roof is going on at Fullarton this week.

15.01.2022 The lift at Ethelton has been constructed and what an up lifting experience it was. We have really elevated our scope of work this year. But on a serious note. It was exciting times to accept the challenge, and ease the burden of climbing the stairs for this fantastic couple. Cant wait to take ride in the finished product.

15.01.2022 Electric blinds, heat bars for those chilli nights, ceiling fan for the warmer times, topped off with an array of outdoor cooking facilities this fantastic outdoor entertaining area has it all. This alfresco at Ethelton is sure to see some great times with loved ones and friends embracing this great space.

14.01.2022 The alfresco structural steel was stood up today at Fullarton , and the facade frames erected in readiness for the roof trusses to follow shortly.

14.01.2022 Structural steel for the lower wall frames at prospect is in, and wall frame plates marked out ready for frameing.

13.01.2022 This week has seen the boys working hard back at Fullarton completing the roof frameing. The weather wasnt very kind to us early in the week, but with a little push we are ready for the roof next week. With the alfresco frame and roof to follow shortly.

13.01.2022 The guys from APC plumbing and gas services have finished there pipe work and we are ready for concrete. Nice work as usual boys.

12.01.2022 This beautiful bathroom Reno at Ethelton looks amazing. Perfect for those cold mornings with under floor heating and heated towel rail. Perhaps a relaxing evening, soaking in the bath with a good book and a wine. However you plan to spend your time in this room it has that amazing warm and inviting feel.

08.01.2022 Frameing has begun at Fullarton this week, and this big addition is starting to take shape.

08.01.2022 The bathroom and en-suite renovation at Beaumont has been finished of with mirrored doors and looking absolutely amazing.

07.01.2022 Plenty of progress over the last week at underdale, the swimming pool has been dug and dropped in. The large peppercorn tree has been felled and prepared for disposal tomorrow. We are just around the corner from having a slab to build on.

07.01.2022 Last week saw the boys from ROMERS start on this bathroom and en-suite upgrade at Beaumont, demolition done with underfloor plumbing to proceed tomorrow .

06.01.2022 The guys at Birkenhead are loving the new fence we installed for them over the last couple days.

06.01.2022 Busy times at underdale, the guys from JH concreting completed the slab today. We look forward to building on it starting shortly.

04.01.2022 The new en-suite at Largs bay is looking amazing fitted off, who wouldnt want to jump out of bed in the morning knowing this sleek, stylish en-suite is waiting for you. Large shower, double bowl vanity for him and her. Under floor heating to keep the toes warm. Photos of the finished vanity and room coming soon.

04.01.2022 Beaumont is moving ahead with the gyprock going on in the en-suite and bathroom Reno.

03.01.2022 Rinnai 1200 built-in gas fire coupled with this open living area and big screen tv, will make for some very comfortable nights in.

03.01.2022 The guys at JH concrete have dug the footings, and poured the piers at Largs in preparation for the slab once the under floor plumbing is in.

03.01.2022 Last but not least the rendering of the brickwork at Fullarton is well underway.

01.01.2022 The boys were busy today at prospect, first floor wall frames are built and stood, ready for the roof frame. Brick work is going up at the same time on the ground floor. Plus the original home has been revamped with bathroom, en-suite and laundry all gyprocked and plastered ready for tiling.

01.01.2022 Looking for cupboard space and storage have a look at this amazing floor to ceiling kitchen. Absolutely beautiful stone tops and splash back. With integrated pantry and laundry tucked away. Accompanied with a sleek under mount sink and dishwasher, you would be forgiven for thinking this kitchen has it all. But wait, at closer look you will find theres one more amazing piece of equipment, who wouldnt want a beautiful built in coffee machine. So the clients had us put one in. This kitchen really has it all.
