17.01.2022 It seems like there are a few tech support scams making the rounds again everyone. The ads take up your whole computer screen with a 1800 number with beeping noises that can be a pain to get rid of! When you call the number they demand remote access to your PC and attempt to charge exorbitant fees to remove the non existent problems. If you see these ads pop up give us a call and we can help in getting rid of these ads.

12.01.2022 I would like to thank everyone for their support, understanding and patience during the last few weeks. The shop has now reopened with new trading hours. We will now be open from 10AM - 4PM on Monday to Friday and closed on Saturday. After hours appointments can be arranged if required.

10.01.2022 Today we have received 3 calls from this number pretending to be Telstra telling us our internet will be disconnected. These are fraudulent calls, the number itself is completely fake and invalid. DO NOT under any circumstances take calls from this number or if you do hang up immediately!

08.01.2022 Another scam e-mail is making the rounds again everyone. This one is actually quite easy to spot this time but there are two dead giveaways. 1 the e-mail address it came from is card-gov7 which is not something the ATO has. 2 the bad grammar throughout the e-mail. If you are ever not sure about a scam e-mail either get in touch with us and we can help or ring whoever the email supposedly came from and confirm the e-mails legitimacy.
