I thought I would share one of the puppy culture activities which is called the barrier challenge. The purpose of this activity is to help teach puppies to work through their frustration and solve the problem. Such a great skill for puppies to learn. 10.01.2022 I have read alot recently about negative views about dogs walking in a heal (so close to side) because they are not allowed a sniff. I do not think there should be a negative views of walking in a heal as there is a time and a place for both. If there is no one around , yes definitely allow your dog to sniff, but if you have people and/or dogs passing your dog should be focused on you and close by your side. Also, if you only sniff you may not get very far. So it is really... important dogs know how to walk by your side.
