22.01.2022 We have a strict 24hr cancellation policy. PLEASE give us the courtesy of a phone call 24hrs prior to your appointment time if you are unable to attend. It is an incredibly busy time trying to accommodate everyone after restrictions were lifted and also prior to Christmas.
