You can find the vegan peanut butter protein in store, or just ask one of our friendly staff members Posted @withregram @happywayrecipes INGREDIENTS: 30g @happywayau vegan peanut butter protein ... 1/2 cup maple syrup 2/3 cup natural peanut butter 1 cup oat flour 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips DEETS In a saucepan, heat the maple syrup on medium-high until it begins to bubble. Remove from heat and whisk in the peanut butter. mix in the oat flour and protein powder until combined. Let the dough chill completely, then add the chocolate chips and any other toppings. To form, press the chilled dough into a lined baking tin then set aside in the freezer until firm. Using a sharp knife, slice the fudge into desired portions. Enjoy! See more
