13.01.2022 As most of my clients know, this week I have begun teletherapy sessions (via coviu) as a response to the new recommendations on social distancing. Teletherapy sessions have been proven successful in many situations and are a great alternative to stay connected and keep working on your mental health. Below are some basic tips on how you can get the most out of your session. I also recommend going to https://pr.coviu.com/coviu-support-for-patients as a guide for setting up properly prior to your session. Please note - medicare sessions cannot be used on teletherapy although NDIS and some private health insurances do cover them (ask your private health provider). Normal cancellation policy still applies.
