PLEASE contact me ASAP if you're unable to attend your appointment, as i do have a waiting list for client's wanting to book in closer to Christmas. A few new policies will be implemented next year ... 50% deposit to be made before every appointment including rebooking. 24 Hour cancellation policy - any appointments cancelled in the 24 hr period will forfeit their deposit. If you are unwell, experiencing a fever, cough, fatigue or have been in contact with someone that has been unwell or experienced these symptoms you will not be permitted in the salon, or attend your appointment. This is to ensure the safety of myself and all clients here at Ronnie’s Beauty & Lash Studio. ... Upon arrival to the salon you will be asked to use hand Sanitiser before you make your way to the treatment area. Before commencing your treatment, I will be asking all clients to fill out COVID-19 Declaration form to update contact details and answer some question in regards to your health. Contact information must be kept on all clients including name, address and mobile phone number for a period of 28 days for contact tracing. This information will be confidential. To ensure social distancing in salon is minimised, it will only be 1 client in at a time. Please do not bring guests, including children. Please do not handle any of the retail products. If you do wish to purchase anything, please let me know and I can handle it for you. As we will be in close contact, I will be wearing a face mask and gloves throughout your appointment. As always I will be washing and sanitising my hands and changing my gloves in between each client. Unfortunately due to the shortage of masks, I will not be able to provide one for you at your appointment. You are more than welcome to bring your own mask and wear it throughout your appointment if it makes you feel comfortable. During your treatment, please leave your shoes on whilst you’re on the treatment bed. Both salon treatment beds will be cleaned thoroughly after each client. Please ensure you are warm and comfortable during your appointment. Contactless payments options are preferred. EFTPOS is available. As many people are aware im also a Full Time Mum that tries to hold it together everyday... My little ones have been sick and just juggling everything has been a bit too hard.
