12.01.2022 I am a local emerging artist and photographer. I have thinking about the best place to display my works and came up against a familiar question many artist face - what spaces are there for art In our local area? After trying without much success to locate a good current list of galleries in the Dandenong Ranges and Yarra Valley region I decided to put one together myself. My hope is that galleries can provide this info to artists and visitors in the same situation. http://fi...les.cargocollective.com//Dandenong_Ranges_Yarra_V This is a list of spaces artists can have their work shown, rather than a list of private studios. Categories featured include, Council managed galleries, vineyards and restaurants with galleries, Art Societies and more. The list is not going to be perfect but it should certainly be a good starting point for art lovers. 09.01.2022 Hey everyone. I have been ask a little of late why people never see me at party taking event images any more So I thought I would post up too image’s from some work in progress. I have not stopped taking photos, far from it but my ideas and interest in photography have shifted. Sadly I am not sure I will be back taking Doof photos at all. Doof photography was a fantastic place to cut my teeth/camera craft, meet amazing people but it has limits and there are so many amazing photographers working these days that events are well coved and so much amazing work is being done in this area. 02.01.2022 I am pleased to announce that I will be part of FRESH 15 fine art PSC graduation exhibition. The show is opening next Friday night and will be on display for two weeks. Its been a long time coming but really there is some amazing work on display so take the time and come past the show on the opening night or anytime for the two weeks following.
