22.01.2022 well, the epic voyage has started..Ron left Bowen harbour yesterday 20 august 2012 at around 1 pm...destination Freemantle....I will update news about the trip as soon as I get it..so stay tuned..:-)

20.01.2022 Ron is enjoying a day off at Horseshoe Bay, Magnetic Island! 30 knots and 3 metres sea for the first overnight..few scary moments but guess what?? .....nothing broke :-).... Tomorrow at 6 am next leg...Dunk Island....here they come!!! How I wish I could be on board......

17.01.2022 Just had a chat with Danny, the skipper: they are ready for the next part of the trip: Cairns to Darwin. Departing tomorrow morning 1st of September...not sure I will be able to keep in touch with them after departure but keep checking this page for updates....safe sailing Ron...and crew of course:-)

15.01.2022 Hello, I have just discovered that many of our passengers have created "groups" for Ron of Argyll and posted a lot of beautiful pictures of their trips. Would be very nice if, instead of been spread on different "walls", we would all use the same "page"....this one :-)

11.01.2022 Monday 24/9 Ron arrived in Darwin!!! Lights breezes all the way from Thursday Island and lots of rolling around. Stocking up in Darwin...ready for the next stage...the Kimberley! :-) :-)

10.01.2022 Ron has arrived in Broome....:-) exciting .... Now the toughest part...so far so good!! Looking for crew again.. Does anyone knows someone in Broome??? Sorry no photos.. I have tried and asked many times but nothing so far!!!

09.01.2022 Today, 27th of August Ron has arrived in Cairns. Nice leisurely cruise up the coast...enjoyed by everyone on board. Next few days will be spent there stocking up on food and grog :-)....then Darwin here they come. If anyone is interested in joining the boat...give me a call.

04.01.2022 Ron and crew have finally arrived in Freemantle!!! What a voyage: from 20 of August to 11 of December 2012.. Will post pics as soon as I get them! She is now @ her new home!!
