Each bag has a heavy duty zip covered by a storm flap and an internal zip-up pocket to keep those smaller items where you can find them. 01.01.2022 We have had some questions about the construction of our correctional saddle pads. They are individually made to suit the particular issues effecting that horse. They are made by sewing layers off cotton wadding together to give the placement and amount of padding required when compressed. All coverings are also cotton to ensure the pad an breath. Photo 1 shows the three layers used in our standard pad. Photo 2 shows the addition bar padding, (2 layers), and the bridging padding, (4 layers), which are cut at varying lengths to minise ridges. Photo 3 shows a finished pad ready to be trimmed and have the edge binding sewn on.
