25.01.2022 Back in Sarina to start the next job.

25.01.2022 Started our second house for the year. Site cut is done and the profiling done. Profiles on this site was a massive job.

24.01.2022 New job started today!

23.01.2022 The slab is well and truly underway for our Sarina job. Its been a tough week with the guys doing 12+ hour days. We are all looking forward to a long weekend and the football final. Who are you going for? We are divided, one for Broncos and one for Cowboys. Could be an interesting match. Have a safe and enjoyable weekend everyone.

21.01.2022 Anyone after a swimming pool? Accidental construction. Not sure our clients really want a pool. Stay safe everyone.

20.01.2022 The bricklayers have nearly finished the DAguilar job and meanwhile the tiling is getting started inside. The rolled roof for the patio has been fitted. Full steam ahead.

19.01.2022 Building contracts are in place to protect both the client and the builder, and to ensure both parties know their obligations. We are having a spate of incidences lately that require us to remind clients of their obligations under the contract. Please make sure you read any contract so you are aware of your obligations. It makes it very uncomfortable for us to have to remind clients of their obligations.

14.01.2022 Its been ages since Ive been able to get out to look at this job. It is looking FANTASTIC! The deck is beautiful and with over 6000 stainless steel screws fastening it down its not going anywhere. The painters are inside so there are drop sheets galore. Unfortunately I could only get a picture through the sliding door.

14.01.2022 The outside of the house at DAguilar is nearly complete. Soffits are nearly finished. The large soffits gives the patio a nice clean look. The amount of timber and man hours that went into these was astonishing.

13.01.2022 Footings are in and bricks have been delivered. This is a big house we are building for a family at DAguilar.

13.01.2022 The project at DAguilar is finally finished. Once again a big thank you to all of our tradies for providing us with an outstanding job.

12.01.2022 No concrete getting poured this morning after 138mm fell in Caboolture yesterday! Roads were flooded too! Highest rainfall in the Moreton Bay Region and it all fell on our job Im sure!

11.01.2022 Its been awhile since our last post, but here are some photos of the job at DAguilar. Fantastic work by Ron and Shane on the cypress frame and this reflects on the finishes like the roof, windows and gyprock. Overall it gives a beautiful, strong home that will last forever.

08.01.2022 Weve been invited back by a client to do a deck. The biggest compliment we can get is when a client wont let anyone else work on their home. Heres some current photos of their house. It was built 8 years ago.

08.01.2022 The base is prepped with the sand up done, plastic placed, reo in and the bar chairs! The first bricks have been laid. Looking very neat.

08.01.2022 The hardwood frame is coming together nicely for the Sarina job. Why would you use any other timber in a cyclone area?

08.01.2022 Bathroom renovation underway. Before shot - this bathroom needed major work due to a water leak. During shots - waterproofing has been done and the tiler has done a magnificent job.

08.01.2022 The job at Caboolture is ready for handover.

07.01.2022 The spotted gum posts, decking and handrails look fantastic. The checking in of the handrails to the posts is perfect. The sign of a great tradesperson. The stairs are on and stainless steel wire balustrades have been measured. On the downhill run now!

06.01.2022 We have the best bricklayers! These guys have been working for us for years. In fact they are the only bricklayers we have ever had working for us! This is the Caboolture job. Brick work all complete along with the plastering. Fix out is happening now!

05.01.2022 Cypress framing is happening at the Caboolture job this week. Cypress is naturally termite resistant.

02.01.2022 Bricklayers are back on the DAguilar project and they are doing a fantastic job. Decking boards are getting their first coat.

02.01.2022 The shed is finished and timber has been delivered. If the rain holds off the slab will be getting poured this weekend. Fingers crossed please everyone, we need all the luck we can get.
