23.01.2022 We had such a lovely weekend at R on the Downs, celebrating our wedding anniversary. We couldn’t have asked for more! Doug and Liz really have a little slice o...f heaven. Their wonderful hospitality and attention to detail makes for a lovely experience. We stayed in the Tree House Cottage - the serenity and privacy are second to none. The cottage is cosy and comfortable, with a double spa bath taking pride of place overlooking glorious views of the Swanfels Valley. The cottage is tastefully decorated and exceptionally clean - not a spider’s web to be seen inside or out. We were provided with breakfast provisions for both mornings, freshly baked bread and scones, fresh cream and jam on arrival, along with other little surprises from Doug and Liz. We would recommend a stay at R on the Downs for relaxation, privacy and a great deal of feeling special and relaxed, thanks to Doug and Liz.
