17.01.2022 Just a little repair after this customer had solar panels fitted then lots of water ingress into the roof cavity We Had to lift every tile to remove the truck loads of silicon the solar guys thought would be ok to put up there But they didn’t know that it was to cause major problems for the Owners once it rained.... Look closely to lines of silicon at bases of tiles which was diverting rain Water into the roof damaging plaster architraves paintwork floors etc With the silicon Removed allowed the next lot of rain to safely disperse from the roof tiles to the gutter
