Tight spaces and old plumbing made for an interesting job, but the customer is stoked with the finish and that’s all that matters (Don’t point out the finish against the floor, it’s Lino and getting replaced with new tiles soon )

03.01.2022 It may not look like much, but this little fitting may save your house, and more importantly, you and your families lives. This Bromic test point was fitted to a house in Chain Valley Bay after the owner had called about their heaters not working. The problem found was that the bottle was empty even though the heaters hadn’t been used in several years.... LP Gas when free to air is actually heavier than oxygen, so if their is a leak, it will sit under your house. If a spark occurs whilst LPG is hovering it can ignite and potentially blow your house to pieces. (YouTube some house gas explosions!) Roof to Sewer Plumbing is a licensed gas fitting company, so if you haven’t had your LPG or natural gas system looked at for a while, give Sam a call and book in for piece of mind.
