We are going to need to tap in to new ways of creating content and if you have never produced an animation before, now's the time! Plus it's fun! Really it is! Here’s why we love animation: 1. Animation enables you to tell stories which can’t be made using conventional video.... 2. Content may be of a sensitive nature and also conceptualise complex data and show research findings in entertaining and informative ways. 3. It’s fast! If you are tight on time we can turn around a basic explainer in a week! If you are after a more finessed result the production time is from 4-6 weeks. 4. It has cut through - animation is a show stopper and can stop scrollers in the swipe with a catchy opening 3 seconds. 5. And it’s fun (thought I’d mention that again) Here's a snappy little clip of how animation might work for your organisation

05.01.2022 Today is International Day of People with Disabilities. The global pandemic of 2020 has had catastrophic impacts on the lives and well-being of the world’s one billion people with disabilities, who have faced: - higher rates of unemployment, - increased food insecurity... - challenges to protect themselves from the virus disproportionately more than people without disabilities In this challenging year, Room3 had the pleasure of producing this film for CBM Australia As creatives and filmmakers, this opportunity enabled us to think outside the creative box with how we could record stories for IDPWD and we are thrilled with the outcome. Using virtual recording software we were able to connect, record and hear stories from people with disabilities in Nepal, Bangladesh, The Philippians, East Timor, Nigeria, PNG and Pakistan, creating a united voice of what their vision for a better world for all is. In a testing time, we are hugely grateful for opportunities such as these, which in ordinary times we may never have connected with these stories and met these fabulous people. We all have a role to play in building a society that listens and acts on the ideas, priorities and perspectives of people with disabilities.
