Here we move everyone as a group towards the shared outcomes of: restoring strength gently and gradually to the body as a whole reconnecting breath + pelvic floor and building awareness of their important connection... improving alignment of the ribcage and pelvis to improve movement patterns reversing ‘feeding postures’ to alleviate neck, shoulder and upper back pain The next in house ‘Return to Exercise’ course won’t take off until next year but if you want to start moving before 2021 the ‘Postnatal Restore’ classes are the ideal way to start: gradually, gently and with respect for what you and your little one have been through in the first few weeks/months of life as a Mum. 02.01.2022 Avoiding online classes in an effort to get away from your computer? Dont! Our online group mat classes are very different to your average online work meeting: Not only is your computer set up at a distance, but once in a class with us youll barely need to look at the screen: our instructors are expert at guiding the class verbally, and cueing all the modifications needed for different body types and sore joints. Not to mention, every class moves every joint in the body and includes an array of exercises chosen to reverse time spent seated in front of a computer (stronger abs and toned glutes are just a happy product of all the movement.)
