16.01.2022 When I was asked by a customer to make a sugar bowl for a cake this week my response was, "I haven't made one before, give me an hour to try making one first". 11.01.2022 So that's it for 2020 for me. Thanks to everyone who supported my small business this year, it was certainly something that kept me going at a time where I would have been struggling if I didn't have it to keep me busy. 2020 has been a rollercoaster of emotions and we've all learnt to live differently while trying our best to stay within our "normal". 10.01.2022 Most of us have a weakness when it comes to sweets. For me, I can't say no to a Strawberry Iced Jam donut with Sprinkles or something as simple as a Coffee Scroll (which are so hard to find!). Oh and Hazelnuts, anything with hazelnuts!!! That leads me to this question, what's YOUR sweet tooth weakness???

06.01.2022 Hi everyone My baby is turning 21 soon and as I'm sure you're aware we can only have 15 people in our homes!! I've also discovered that many restaurants only have 2 hour sittings which means we'd have to eat and run - it's not really how we planned it!!! So I made her this proposal. How about we make Grazing Boxes for each family you'd like to celebrate with and we head to a park?? She LOVED the idea. Each family will have their own box of delicious cheese, olives, prosc...iutto, dips, roasted peppers, fresh crusty bread and other bits and pieces . Personally, this is my preferred way of eating anyway (and hers)!! I guess we need to find alternatives when we can't have what we originally planned. 05.01.2022 I think everyone would agree that home delivery has become very popular. And while there is a small fee to have your product delivered directly to your door the benefits of home delivery outweigh the small cost. As the weather warms up and inside car temperatures begin to rise transporting some products begins to get tricky. Some products don't fair well in the heat. For this reason I decided to invest in a refrigerated Van. I've had it for a little while but have been... waiting to finalise the exterior design. And after many, many, many design drafts I finally picked one! So when you get your product delivered by me not only are you getting to stay in your pjs but your product will arrive exactly the way it should- super fresh!!!
