22.01.2022 Before and after.

22.01.2022 Modern tonneau covers use plastic stips for a clean look instead of bungy cord and eyelets, but the plastic strips don't allow you to still use the cover with any load that is higher than the sides like the older style does. For this one we still used brass eyelets and bungy cord but they are all hidden, clean look, but retains the functionality.

21.01.2022 Over the last few weeks as well as sewing we have been getting our new workshop ready at 38 Francis street, two doors down from Frosty at Portland Mechanical. Plenty of parking outside and heaps of room inside for the bigger jobs now.

17.01.2022 A massive thank you to Andy at Print Squad Portland, they aren't even open properly at the moment because they are doing some renovations getting ready for a little expansion and they still managed to get my Sew On Logos done. Thanks guys, they look awesome

17.01.2022 Sewing machines are here, table is going back together today. We will be open and sewing away in the new shop on Monday. We still have paint and carpet to go but that can wait. Thank you to the patience that all our customers have shown and a HUGE shout out to our friends that have given us a day or two of labour, you guys have helped turn the page on a new chapter. Thanks again

13.01.2022 New side clears to keep the spray off.

08.01.2022 Only just made it, but the office/showroom area is now painted, the carpet is down and we are ready to open for the new year tomorrow morning.

02.01.2022 This is how you transform a work ute into a tourer. The metal fab work is done at the back half of the new workshop (canopy frame and boat rack) whilst the sewing work is done at the front. So awesome to be able to do it all in the one shop. Just a note, canvas shrinks because of the cotton content, that's why the new canvas looks loose and wrinkled.
