25.01.2022 Our under 14 boys got the win last night and are the Premiers for 2020! So proud of you boys, and every other junior team, we have some promising up and comers! #uptheroosters

22.01.2022 Over the weekend we had a number of roosters compete in the under 18s state champs. The boys finished 3rd, team 1 girls finished 5th and team 2 girls finished 7th. We are so proud of our little roosters

22.01.2022 NO TRAINING. Due to COVID lockdown requirements coming into effect as of 6pm this evening there will be no training for the remainder of the week. We will advise on weekend games as we know further information. At this stage, games are still on unless further restrictions are imposed that affect this. Also our Family Fun Night is still going ahead at this time. There may be some restrictions imposed ie. having to be seated to eat or drink. We'll advise further on this also on...ce we have a clearer picture at the end of the week. Stay safe everyone.

21.01.2022 Another week, another episode of Roosters TV. These superstar players of the match will be attending the Family Fun Night on the 10th of July. Will you be there?

21.01.2022 Rooster Spotlight Recently Miranda Hood travelled to Townsville to umpire the U19 State School Girls hockey champs. She umpired 3 games, umpired both quarter finals, one semifinal and was awarded the grand final. Miranda has also now been selected by Queensland School Sports as the QLD 17-19 years team umpire. Unfortunately they won’t be touring New Zealand this year due to COVID. ... This is a huge achievement for anyone, but at just 15 it is extra special for Miranda. Congratulations!

19.01.2022 Earlier in the season the Roosters Hockey club ran a Goalkeeper Clinic with National Player Hannah Astbury. From feedback received, the participants enjoyed the session immensely and gained valuable insights to improve their play. The club will look to run similar sessions in the future.

04.01.2022 Apologies for the late notice, GCHA have advised that tomorrows game Saturday 19th September at 9am, u11 Lab Black v Roosters Orange will be postponed until further notice due to the rain over night making the Grass field unplayable. We'll advise when we know more. Thanks
